Thumb Community Health Partnership (TCHP) is seeking a qualified vendor or independent consultant to provide ongoing Wix website design, maintenance, and technical support services. The selected contractor will provide ongoing website support and optimization services, including:
Website Design & User Experience
- Website design improvements
- User experience (UX) enhancements
- Content updates
- Page layout modifications
Technical Support & Maintenance
- Website troubleshooting
- Ongoing Wix website maintenance
- Technical assistance and support
- Resolution of website issues as they arise
Integrations & Functionality
- Integration of forms and applications
- Third-party plugin and tool integrations
- Recommendations for new features and best practices
Performance & SEO
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) improvements
- Website performance optimization
- Recommendations to improve functionality and usability
Collaboration
- Work closely with TCHP staff
- Prioritize enhancement requests based on organizational needs
- Provide remote support as the primary delivery model
