Project Overview
The Neglected Tropical Disease NGO Network (NNN), a global network representing more than 100 member organizations and multiple working groups, is seeking a digital agency to redesign and rebuild its website into a modern stakeholder engagement platform. The project includes a website rebuild, CRM integration, resource management improvements, and enhanced support for working groups and the annual NNN Conference. The goal is to create a user-friendly, accessible platform that can be managed by a small, non-technical team while strengthening member engagement and knowledge sharing across the global NTD community.
Scope of Work (Requirements)
The selected agency will be responsible for:
Website Redesign & CMS
- Design and develop a modern, clean, and accessible website
- Recommend and implement a suitable CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar)
- Create reusable content templates
- Enable non-technical staff to manage content, menus, and publishing workflows
- Deliver sitemap, UX strategy, and website architecture
CRM Integration
- Membership management database
- Public-facing member directory
- Newsletter list management
- Event and meeting registration integrations
- Internal Secretariat record management
- Recruitment workflow support
- Automated import of post-event resources
Resource Library
- Integration with an external resource platform
- Automated resource cross-linking
- Support for toolkits, guides, case studies, videos, and reports
- Easy access to NNN-generated content

- Dedicated pages for working groups
- Activity and event management
