Why This Is a Great Opportunity, and for Whom

This is a great fit for independent graphic designers, digital illustrators, visual artists, and small creative studios interested in public art and civic design. The scope is focused on artwork rather than fabrication or installation, making it accessible to individual creatives who can produce strong digital and vector-based work. Beyond the $5,000 commission, the selected artwork will become part of a public-facing installation within the Las Vegas park system, offering valuable exposure and a strong municipal public-art portfolio piece.
