Project Overview
Circle of Care St. Louis is seeking a consultant or consulting firm to develop a comprehensive communications, branding, marketing, and website strategy that strengthens the organization’s long-term communications capacity. The project focuses on creating a unified brand identity, redesigning the website, developing messaging and marketing frameworks, and equipping staff with the tools and training needed to consistently communicate the organization’s mission and impact. The initiative supports Circle of Care’s work serving older adults and adults with disabilities across Missouri.
Scope of Work (Requirements)
The selected consultant will deliver a complete communications and branding program, including:
Organizational Assessment
- Review existing strategic plans, website, marketing materials, brochures, social media, grant materials, and annual reports
- Conduct interviews with leadership, staff, board members, volunteers, referral partners, and community stakeholders
- Prepare a communications assessment identifying strengths, gaps, and recommendations

Budget
