ISACS Website Restructure – Website Development RFP

Project Overview

The Irish Street Arts, Circus & Spectacle Network (ISACS) is seeking proposals from experienced web developers, design agencies, and web professionals to restructure its existing website, isacs.ie, with a focus on improving functionality, navigation, user experience, and accessibility.

ISACS is a nonprofit membership organisation supporting the street arts, circus, and spectacle sector across the island of Ireland. Following strategic consultation with members, partners, peers, funders, and stakeholders, the organisation wants to improve how users discover resources, engage with content, and access information.

The project is a restructuring of the existing ISACS WordPress website, not a complete rebuild from the ground up. The work is divided into three phases: existing-site audit, UX/UI design and information architecture, and website development with CMS and functionality integration.

Why This Is a Great Opportunity, and for Whom

This is a relevant opportunity for WordPress development agencies, UX/UI studios, accessibility specialists, nonprofit web design firms, and freelance web developers with experience improving existing websites rather than starting entirely from scratch.

The project offers a clear focus on information architecture, resource discovery, member-focused navigation, accessibility, and potential Salesforce integration. It is especially suited to smaller agencies or specialist teams that can collaborate closely with an organisation’s leadership and deliver an iterative website restructuring within a defined budget and timeline.

The emphasis on research, consultation, methodology, and delivery quality means vendors should demonstrate how they will improve the existing platform while keeping the website manageable and useful for ISACS members and stakeholders.
