Request for Proposal for Logo and Marketing Toolkit Design

Project Overview

The National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association (NACCA), through its Indigenous Entrepreneurship Program (IEP), is seeking a graphic design partner to create a cohesive event brand and a reusable marketing toolkit. The work includes designing a logo and theme for the Frontline Workers Conference along with a suite of digital and print marketing assets for Indigenous Financial Institutions (IFIs). The goal is to strengthen brand consistency, improve engagement, and equip IFI partners with ready-to-use marketing materials.

Scope of Work (Requirements)

The selected vendor will deliver both branding and toolkit assets, including:

1. Event Branding (Frontline Workers Conference)

  • Event logo and visual theme aligned with NACCA brand guidelines
  • Letterhead and PowerPoint templates incorporating the new theme
  • Print-ready production files (vector formats, bleeds, crop marks)

2. IFI Marketing Toolkit

  • Brochure templates (tri-fold) with customizable IFI content sections
  • One-pager templates for program descriptions and contacts
  • Digital ad sets for social media and website use
  • Print-ready formatting for all materials

3. General Requirements

  • Maintain brand consistency with NACCA guidelines
  • High-quality visual storytelling and engagement-focused design
  • Deliver web-ready and print-ready assets
  • Up to three revision rounds per item
  • Collaboration with IEP team throughout the process
