Conflict Early Warning Software Development RFP

Project Overview

The Sentinel Project, a Canadian nonprofit focused on preventing mass atrocities and mitigating violence through technology, is seeking a software development partner to design and build a web-based Conflict Early Warning System. The platform will support the collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting of conflict-related data, helping communities, analysts, and stakeholders identify emerging risks and make informed decisions before and during periods of violence. The system will be used to support conflict prevention initiatives in countries including South Sudan, Kenya, Benin, and other high-risk regions.

Scope of Work (Requirements)

The selected developer or development team will design, build, test, and support a secure web-based platform with the following capabilities:
