Why This Is a Great Opportunity, and for Whom

This is a strong opportunity for web development firms, WordPress agencies, public-sector digital consultants, and accessibility-focused designers looking to expand their nonprofit or government portfolio. The project combines UX modernization, accessibility compliance, CMS usability, and third-party integrations, making it especially attractive for agencies experienced with libraries, municipalities, or community organizations. Since the client is open to both redesign and full rebuild options, vendors have flexibility in shaping the engagement and positioning strategic recommendations.
