Project Overview
Sinai Health System’s Health Commons Solutions Lab (HCSL) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing graphic design services that support healthcare communications, public sector engagement, and health system policy initiatives.
This is not just a general design retainer. The selected vendor will support a wide range of visual communications—from formal reports and toolkits to public-facing infographics and digital content—all while maintaining brand consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness for healthcare and government audiences.
The work will support a nonprofit health innovation lab that collaborates with community organizations, citizens, government entities, policy makers, healthcare partners, and frontline teams to improve health outcomes through design, innovation, and engagement.
Scope of Work (Requirements)
The selected vendor will provide ongoing, agile, and collaborative graphic design support, including:
Core Graphic Design Services
- Design of materials from concept to final production
- Branding and visual identity support
- Development of clear, informative, and visually engaging infographics
- Layout and design of:
- Reports
- Toolkits
- Informational packages
- Public communications
- Digital assets and visual content
Strategic & Collaborative Design Support
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Manage shifting priorities and respond to urgent or last-minute requests
- Coordinate with other vendors, including photography providers where needed
- Maintain quality, professionalism, and consistency across all outputs
Audience & Sector-Specific Requirements
The vendor must have demonstrated experience in:
- Healthcare and health policy communications
- Branding within the healthcare market
- Working with:
- Municipal partners
- Hospitals
- Health teams
- Government agencies and ministries
The RFP specifically notes that the vendor’s portfolio must not be limited to corporate communications or advertising and should show experience communicating complex issues clearly to a range of audiences.
