Design, Develop, and Maintain a New Bilingual Website – Budget CAD $70,000

Project Overview

The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and maintain a new bilingual website that better serves the public, registered massage therapists, and other stakeholders. The project aims to replace the current website with a modern, accessible, user-focused platform that improves navigation, search visibility, bilingual content management, accessibility, and overall user experience while providing an intuitive CMS for non-technical staff. The new website is targeted for launch in Q1 or Q2 of 2027.

Scope of Work (Requirements)

The selected vendor will deliver a complete website redesign and ongoing support, including:

  • Modern, responsive website design

  • Metadata and technical SEO improvements
  • Copy editing and web writing, if required

Accessibility & Security

  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance
  • AODA compliance
  • Accessibility testing and conformance reporting
  • Secure-by-design implementation
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
