Project Overview
The Dulverton Trust, an independent UK grant-making charity, is seeking proposals for two connected initiatives: a brand refresh and a website redesign/rebuild. The organization wants its digital presence and visual identity to better reflect its values as a warm, collaborative, and relationship-focused funder while improving accessibility, usability, and internal content management capabilities. Vendors may bid on either the branding workstream, the website workstream, or both together.
Scope of Work (Requirements)
Workstream A – Brand Refresh
The selected supplier will:
- Refresh the organization’s visual identity
- Modernize the logo while retaining the primary blue color
- Develop an expanded complementary color palette
- Improve typography and imagery standards
- Create iconography and visual patterns
- Help articulate organizational values and voice
- Produce comprehensive brand guidelines
Branding Deliverables
- Updated logo and visual identity system
- Color palette and typography standards
- Imagery and iconography approach
- Templates for annual reports, presentations, headed paper, board papers, and email signatures
- LinkedIn and digital brand assets
- Brand usage guidelines for staff and grantees
Workstream B – Website Update
The selected supplier will:
- Redesign and rebuild the website to align with the refreshed brand
- Improve usability, accessibility, and information architecture
- Implement a user-friendly CMS with strong internal editing capabilities
- Integrate existing systems including Salesforce, Cognito, and Zapier
- Deliver a scalable and maintainable website solution
- Provide analytics configuration and staff training
