Canadian Club of Ottawa Website Redesign RFP – 2026

Project Overview

The Canadian Club of Ottawa (CCO) is seeking a website design and development partner as part of a three-year modernization plan leading up to its 125th anniversary in 2028. The new website will improve how audiences discover events, access past event content, learn about the Club, and explore membership and sponsorship opportunities.

Founded in 1903, the Canadian Club of Ottawa is a non-partisan organization that brings together elected officials, public servants, business leaders and civil society around national issues. The Club wants a practical, modern website that reflects its refreshed visual identity while remaining easy for staff to manage without ongoing developer support. Canadian Club of Ottawa

The website project is being issued separately from a brand refresh RFP. Vendors can bid on the website project alone or submit coordinated proposals for both projects.

Why This Is a Great Opportunity, and for Whom

This is a strong opportunity for web design and development agencies, WordPress/CMS specialists, UX/UI firms and digital agencies with experience creating websites for nonprofits, membership organizations, civic institutions or cultural organizations. The project involves more than a visual redesign, with content migration, event functionality, SEO, analytics, accessibility, staff training and coordination with a separate brand refresh.

The multi-stage project runs from discovery in late 2026 through development, migration, testing and launch in 2027, giving the selected agency a substantial website engagement rather than a short design-only assignment.
