  • Role-based staff access

3. Migration & Domain Transition

  • Migrate content from www.cityofgaylord.com
  • Transition domain to www.cityofgaylord.gov
  • Manage DNS setup and redirects
  • Conduct QA testing prior to launch

4. Accessibility & Compliance

  • Ongoing accessibility monitoring tools or reporting
  • Documentation for future WCAG updates
  • Staff training on maintaining accessible content

5. Hosting, Security & Maintenance

  • Secure hosting with 99.9% uptime
  • SSL certification, encryption, malware protection
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and technical support
  • Compliance with .gov domain security standards

6. Training & Support

  • CMS training for City staff
