Project Overview

NYC Health + Hospitals (NYC H+H), the largest municipal healthcare system in the United States, is seeking qualified vendors to provide IT supplemental staffing services to support its Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) division.

EITS manages clinical and non-clinical applications, two data centers, and IT infrastructure across more than 70 healthcare locations serving over one million New Yorkers annually. Due to increasing technical demands, NYC H+H intends to establish a multi-vendor pool to provide temporary, contract-to-hire, project-based, and on-demand IT professionals across a wide range of service lines.

Work will be primarily remote (approx. 80%) with some on-site presence required.

Scope of Work (Requirements)

Selected vendors must provide qualified IT professionals across the following Service Line Areas:

Business Applications & ERP

  • PeopleSoft support and upgrades
  • Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, ERP, Payroll, Time & Labor
  • System administration, integrations, reporting

Clinical Applications

  • Epic EHR support and enhancements
  • EMR, radiology, pharmacy, lab systems
  • BioMed integration

Enterprise Infrastructure

  • Data center hardware refresh
  • Network upgrades and VoIP migration
  • Contact center modernization
  • Cloud migration (e.g., O365)
  • Identity & access management
  • ServiceNow platform support

Enterprise Support Services

  • IT Service Desk (Tier 1–3)
  • ITIL-based service management
  • Patient IT support (MyChart, Telehealth, WebEx)

IT PMO, Governance & Interoperability

  • Portfolio management
  • Technical change management

Data & Analytics, AI
