The rules for using The Bid Daily, your subscription, and the RFP information we publish.
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and The Bid Daily, run by Bharmal Technologies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By browsing thebiddaily.com, subscribing, or submitting an RFP, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Bid Daily is an information service. We find technology and digital RFPs, bids and solicitations published by government, public and non-profit organizations and list them in one searchable place, with daily email alerts for subscribers. Some listings are free to view; the full US RFP Database is for paid subscribers. We may add, change or remove features, categories or sources over time.
You must give us accurate information. Each subscription is for one person, so please don’t share your login with anyone else. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account. Tell us right away at support@thebiddaily.com if you think someone has used it without permission.
Subscriptions are sold and billed through Gumroad, which processes all payments, renewals and receipts under its own terms and privacy policy. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record, so it also handles any sales tax or VAT on your subscription. We never see your card details.
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription then renews automatically every month at the current price, [$5 per month], until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least [30 days] before it applies to you.
You can cancel anytime from your Gumroad account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again. [Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used months, unless the law requires otherwise or we decide to make an exception.]
You may use the listings to find and respond to opportunities for yourself or your own business. You may not copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell, republish or share our listings or alert emails with people outside your subscription, or use bots or automated tools to access the site. You also may not try to break into, overload or interfere with the service. If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund.
Our listings are gathered from public sources and agency submissions. We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but RFPs often change, are amended, extended or cancelled, and we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, correct or up to date. Always read the original solicitation and confirm deadlines, requirements and documents directly with the issuing agency before you bid.
The Bid Daily is not a government agency, is not connected to the organizations whose RFPs we list, and does not take part in any procurement process. We do not guarantee that you will win any bid or contract.
If you submit an RFP, you confirm that you are authorized to share it and that it contains nothing unlawful or confidential. You give us permission to publish, format and share the listing and its documents on The Bid Daily and in our alerts, free of charge. We review every submission and may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
The Bid Daily name, logo, website design, categories, summaries and the way our database is organized belong to us. The original RFP documents belong to the agencies that issued them. Our listings link to agency documents, websites, procurement portals, Gumroad and social media; we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions.
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Bid Daily will not be responsible for any missed deadlines, lost bids, lost profits or business, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we will tell subscribers in advance.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and email subscribers about important changes. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
